PreambleWe the people of Mabruenia, to form an adjusted country with the era’s standards, will establish justice, provide for the defense of the country, improve the standard of life for the citizens involved, and secure our liberty. Article I — Monarchy of MabrueniaSection I — Title, Role, Powers, and ResponsibilitiesThe Monarch, known as the Sovereign, is the ultimate Head of State, holding executive powers throughout the Kingdom. Section II — House of Fleming & SuccessionThe House of Fleming shall remain the ruling family of Mabruenia, claiming succession through Malcolm Fleming, 3rd Lord Fleming, and Janet Stewart, daughter of King James IV of Scotland. Succession follows biological children first, followed by adoptive children and other relatives where applicable. The Monarch must be at least sixteen (16) years old to be crowned. Section III — RegencyShould the Monarch be incapable of ruling, or should the heir be under sixteen years of age, Parliament shall appoint a Regent. Section II — AuthorityThe Chancellor serves as head of the Executive Branch and may dismiss Ministers or reorganize the government as necessary. The Chancellor serves a four-year term, limited to two full terms. The Deputy Chancellor is selected during elections and serves as President of the Cabinet. Article III — Legislative BranchSection I — StructureThe Legislature of Mabruenia shall be known as the Grand Assembly. The Grand Assembly consists of:

Article IV — Judicial BranchJudicial Power lies within the Supreme Court of Mabruenia and such Inferior Courts as the Grand Assembly may establish. The Supreme Court shall consist of:
The Supreme Court shall possess the power of Judicial Review. If a law or Executive Action is found unconstitutional, the Court shall declare it invalid. Article V — Foreign RelationsThe Monarch and Chancellor may negotiate treaties with foreign nations. Treaties require ratification by a two-thirds (⅔) supermajority vote within the Grand Assembly. Article VI — Military & DefenseThe Monarch shall serve as Commander-In-Chief of the Mabruenian Armed Forces. The Military shall:
