The Gaelic Kingdom of Mabruenia is a community micronation project that was founded in 2023 by Amara in the southwestern United States, originally done as a project to make a better version of the United States, now the nation is dedicated to the preservation of local culture and the heritage of our people.

The Gaelic Kingdom does not represent an established state and doesn't pursue territorial independence or activities contrary to American legislation.

No, Mabruenia is not recognized as a soveriegn state, and has no official legal status under American law. The kingdom operates as a micronation, which is defined as "a small, self-proclaimed entity that claims to be an independent, sovereign state but is not officially recognized by established world governments or major international organizations"

III. Does Mabruenia want independence from the United States of America?

While yes, independence would be nice, Mabruenia does not seek full independence, as a result of it not being an achievable goal. We have a "Declaration of Independence", but it is merely ceremonial. We operate similiarly to Molossia, and our activity is carried out within the legal framework of the USA.

IV. What are the objectives of Mabruenia?

Our main objectives are the protection of those targetted by hate crimes, such as LGBTQ+, as well as the preservation of local cultures, and other cultures, such as Cornish.

V. Who can become a citizen or member?

Anybody can become a citizen or a member of Mabruenia. Our system requires you to fill out a form, and be vetted by our Minister of the Home Office, Minister of Justice, and Director of the Civilian Immigration Buraeu. We do this to make sure no extremist individuals enter the nation. Being born within our claimed territory, or living within the state of New Mexico gives you automatic right to citizenship, despite that we only claim a small area within New Mexico, and not the state.

While our nation is heavily left-leaning, Mabruenia is not officially part of any polticial organization.

Some aspects of Mabruenia can be considered Role=play (RP), such as our claim to the Scottish Throne, and Gaelic identity, however, our goals regarding preservation of cultures and other things are very much real.
